Exactly, Chris! One of my inspirations for the post was hearing my friends stories about their fractured work-weeks and how their managers were online more and expected them to also be online more, but not get paid for it. If a large part of our work will shift to virtual environments we need to rethink these boundaries for sure! Best, Kristi
